These terms govern your use of MentionBell — the website at mentionbell.com and our desktop and mobile applications. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.

The service

MentionBell transcribes speech during a conversation, detects questions, and generates suggested answers grounded in the profile you provide. It is an assistive tool. The output is a suggestion, not a statement of fact, and you are responsible for anything you choose to say.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate details and keep your password secure.
• Accounts are for one person. Sharing credentials, or running concurrent sessions on one account, may result in suspension.
• You are responsible for everything done under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the service or your account
• Reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the applications
• Use the service where doing so would break a law that applies to you
• Use it in a way that violates a binding agreement you have with a third party
• Attempt to overload, probe or disrupt our infrastructure

You are responsible for how you use MentionBell. Rules about assistance vary by organisation, examination body and jurisdiction, and some expressly prohibit tools of this kind. Checking what applies to your situation is your responsibility, not ours.

Subscription and billing

• Plans are sold for a fixed period. Current plans and prices are listed on our pricing page, and the price shown at checkout is the price charged.
• Each purchase is a one-time payment for the period you choose. Nothing renews automatically and no recurring mandate is created — when the period ends, access stops until you buy another.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never receive your card details.
• Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• “Unlimited” means no session or question caps, subject to the fair-use limits described on the pricing page.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. The service depends on third-party speech and language providers, and on your own device and network. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and will give notice of material changes where we reasonably can.

Intellectual property

MentionBell, its software and its branding remain ours. You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you — for example, processing your CV so that answers can reference it.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We make no warranty about accuracy, undetectability, or any outcome you may or may not achieve. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Suspension

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, abuses the service, or creates legal risk for us. Where a suspension is our error, we will restore access and extend your remaining access accordingly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
